2、How to use shopping agent service？
STEP 1 Select items
Find the product you want to buy on Weidian/ Taobao / Tmall / 1688, and copy the product link，remember to choose the color/classification and size what you like.
STEP 2 Submit order
Open koopbuy website https://koopbuy.com/, click the homepage, find the “Purchasing Order”，and then submit your order.
STEP 3 Check your items
Once you submit the order，koopbuy will check it in 48 hours, further organize the purchase order to you, please check it again, make sure the items are what you need, by the way, in the meanwhile, check about your order total amount.
STEP 4 Pay for items
So far, koopbuy only supports PayPal payments, here is koopbuy’s PayPal payment information:

STEP 5 Koopbuy purchase
Our shopping agents will contact the seller and purchase your ordered items, then send it to koopbuy’s warehouse.
Chinese domestic delivery duration is around 3-5 working days, by the way, if the items belong to pre-sale items, they will cost more days, don’t worry and be patient.
After purchased, Koopbuy will update order numbers for you, you can contact the seller with order numbers, make sure they has sent out items to Koopbuy’s warehouse. We will help you to check your order: Order inquiry instructions

STEP 6 Koopbuy inspection and storage
Once the item has arrived to our warehouse, a series of quality inspection will be carried out and the photos will be taken for you to view them. We will contact you immediately if there are any problems.
STEP 7 Koopbuy packing and weighing
Koopbuy will submit different orders into one parcel, help you to save the global shipping fee. We’ll let you know the weight of the package, and tell you about the the international freight.

STEP 9 Waiting for your package to arrive
We will send you the tracking number after send out for delivery, so that you can track your package ,be patient and waiting for your package to arrive.
