What is the use of shipping fee estimation?

If you have the question: how much should i pay for the shipping fee? Estimation will tell you the answer. The shipping fee estimate tool allows you to enter your country of delivery and the weight of the package, and then estimate the approximate cost.

Before you use the estimation tool, you must know the approximate weight of your order. For example, you want to purchase 14 T-shirts or 2 pairs of shoes, you can enter the weight by 5kg. How to use the estimation?

Step1:open the estimation pape

Open koopbuy website https://koopbuy.com/estimation/, make sure you had see this page below.

Step2:enter your country of delivery

Find the field name of “Receiving area”, click it, and then choose your country or region from the list.

You can also enter your country’s name so that you can find it faster, entering the country abbreviation is also acceptable. For example, enter the “US”, the United States appeares in the list.

Step3:enter the weight of package

Find the field name of “Weight”, click it, and then enter the weight of package.The weight depends on what you buy, for example, the weight of 10 pieces of clothes is about 2 kg, so you can enter 2 in the field of “Weight”.

Step4:View shipping prices

Click the query bottom after you had entered your country of delivery and the weight of package, you can see the shipping prices below.

Tips

1. The above rates and shipping times are for reference only. For more information, please contact your sales representative. 

2. No compensation shall be given for loss or damage caused by strike, war, natural disaster, aircraft mechanical failure or other force majeure factors. 

3. If the goods sent violate the prohibition or restrictions, they are confiscated by the competent authorities or dealt with according to law, no compensation will be paid.

4. If the package is delivered in good condition, with no signs of disassembly and no reduction in weight, but the contents are lost or damaged, no compensation will be paid.

5. If the package tracking shows that the delivery is not correct and the logistics provider’s inquiry confirms that the package is lost, the inquiry result of the logistics provider shall prevail and no compensation shall be paid.

6. If the package is lost or the contents are short due to the responsibility of the customer or the delivery of goods, no compensation will be given.

7. If the package track shows that it has not been properly delivered, and the logistics provider’s inquiry confirms that the package has been confiscated by customs, the logistics provider’s inquiry will prevail and no compensation will be paid.

8. If the customer does not make an inquiry or claim within the period from the date of delivery of the package to the expiration of the inquiry period, no compensation will be paid.

9. Delivery means that the customer has read the remarks and shipping terms in detail, and accept the constraints of the terms.
