2、How to use the forwarding service?
Step1:Copy Koopbuy’s warehouse address
You must add koopbuy’s warehouse address in your order before you pay for the items, make sure the sellers delivered items to Koopbuy’s warehouse. Here is our address:

Step2:Submit your product link and tracking number
After you buy the items from the sellers, you must send your product link and tracking number to Koopbuy by WhatsApp or Discord.
You may have the question:how to find the tracking number?Don’t worry, ask your seller, or check it by yourself.
For example, if you shop on Taobao website, you can find the tracking numbers in order center.
Firstly, find the portal about “my Taobao”, and then click the purchased goods.
Secondly, check your order list, you can find the order number and the logistics information.
Finally, click the button”check the logistics”, you can find the tracking number and copy it.
If you shop on Taobao App, you can also find the tracking numbers in order center.

STEP 3 Koopbuy inspection and storage
Once the item has arrived to our warehouse, a series of quality inspection will be carried out and the photos will be taken for you to view them. We will contact you immediately if there are any problems.
STEP 4 Koopbuy packing and forwarding
