Dear Koopbuy Canada Users,

According to the latest information from our logistics partners in Canada, Canada Post commenced a strike effective September 26, 2025. This strike is expected to significantly impact mail and parcel processing services. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To minimize potential delays and ensure an optimal logistics experience, Koopbuy is implementing the following adjustments to our delivery services within Canada:

1. Canada Line
   The Canada Line service currently relies entirely on Canada Post for final delivery. The strike may result in a backlog of packages, undeliverable in-transit packages, or returns to overseas warehouses of other carriers. Although services will resume post-strike, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the anticipated backlog. Therefore, we advise caution when selecting the Canada Line (canada-post) during this period.
2. Canada Line-F
   The majority of our logistics partners for this line have now fully transitioned to commercial delivery via Purolator, covering approximately 98%-99% of postal code areas in Canada. During the strike, this service offers significantly better stability and delivery times compared to postal services.
